ANIMAL COLLECTIVE Transverse Temporal Gyrus (2012 US limited edition 2-track 12 vinyl single released exclusively for Record Store Day featuring two 12minute plus recordings of music originally created for an installation by Animal Collective and visual artist Danny Perez at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City on 4th March 20 10. A computer program designed by Stephan Moore played and panned the music in a 36 channel surround sound system spanning the length of the spira l ramp in the museums lobby.
