This was deleted from the CTI catalogue in 1977 and was unvailable for many years this was due to the record company not securing Frank Herbert’s authorization to use his novel as th e centeral theme for the album Herbert filed a law suit and won causing it to be withdrawn & deleted. The sleeve has a tape repair to the top seam otherwise shows light wear whilst the vinyl has just a couple of light hairlines leaving it E
