Featuring the classic artwork by Derek Riggs for the second album from 1981 the illustration features Eddie holding an axe which is dripping with blood and the victim holding on to his t-shirt with the famous Ruskin Arms pub in the background there is a black border across the top which has the classic red & white band name text logo.
